Natural Baby Balm with Zinc

This is an all purpose herbally infused balm that contains herbs to soothe, calm and help the skin condition. We call it pure magic in a jar. 60g

Many find this excellent for chafing and can also be used as a mild deodorant on the body in humans and is excellent for animals but we find they want to lick it ie eat it, must be the herbs.

For babies the main use for ths cream is a bottom balm to help with nappy rash and also the burning and chafing that can occur with nappies.

It an also be used on skin that is irritated and or dry on the folds of the arms and legs.. It is gentle enough even for all over baby and can even be used on cradle cap, some mothers use it as a nipple cream with great results and it will not hurt baby.

This cream is a multipurpose cream that can be used by adults as well.

A lot of eczema customers like it too because it is so gentle on raw skin and also helps the itching when used in combination with our goats milk soap. The extra added Zinc has many benefits.

Application: White creamy and super smooth. Slather it onto the effected area and if needed cover, the herbal oils will soak right in.

Scent: It has a herbal smell of mixed herbs because of the strength of the herbals infused, no added essential oils because it does not need them, we wanted this extra gentle but highly effective.

Preservatives: Nil because this is an oil only based product but it does have lots of Vitamin E added. To extend the life of this salve beyond 2years keep it in the fridge.

Ingredients: Olive oil infused with Organic Lavender, Calendula, Chamomile, Comfrey, Peppermint, Thyme, Sweet Basil, Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Castor Oil, Macadamia Oil, Rosehip Oil, Vitamin E, Zinc Oxide.

About Zinc Oxide: Firstly we don't use nano particle zinc oxide for those wondering about the technical. Zinc oxide has mild antibacterial qualities on the skin and palys a major role in healing with excellent anti-inflamatory and drying properties. Zinc is also needed for a variety of cellular and enzymatic activities and is in increased demand during the healing process of the skin. Zinc Oxide is traditionally used for nappy rash creams and is still used today for the same thing. Note: We are only explaining the reasons why we use zinc oxide in our cream, we are not making any medical claims.
